We are a fully registered dance school qualified to offer you classes in Ballet (Royal Acadamyof Dance syllabus)

Modern Stage, Jazz and Tap (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing syllabus)

We offer pre school classes which give your 3 year olds fun sessions incorporating story telling to music, using colourful props,learning to skip, hop, jump and balance and it includes some singing too!

Our students will be entered for examinations from approximately the age of 6 years, if you would like them to, and will be carefully trained throughout their time with us.

Our seniors, 15 years upwards have the opportunity to enter vocational examinations with us, and many go on to dance colleges,and further, into theatre as a profession.

We have a school show at The Princess Pavilion,Falmouth bi-annually, which is great fun and raises funds for local charities, such as Children's Hospice South West.

We have classes daily and our extensive timetable is built to fit in after school commitments.

What to Wear

We have a uniform for all dance classes which may be purchased from the school.
We can post you a list of requirements and an order form.

Uniform is very important, we always say, 'a tidy dancer is a better dancer'!

Victoria is a Foundation Dance Instructor of The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, soon to achieve the Certificate of Dance Education.
Victoria has also completed her Certificate of Ballet Teaching Studies of The Royal Academy of Dance.

Lynn Hill

The Lynn Paula School of Dancing opened in Falmouth in 1980. It was originally known as the Dorothy Martin School of Dancing. Lynn Hill, the principal, trained at Arts Educational School, London and went on to perform in musical theatre productions. She then branched into teaching and choreography. Lynn is a highly experienced teacher of The Royal Academy of Dance and The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, and teaches syllabi that are government recognised and approved by the Q.C.A.
